Nokia launches its E63 messaging device

Nokia today launched its highly-leaked messaging device, the E63. The candybar phone with a QWERTY keypad is targeted at middle market and for small to mid-sized companies that want to give their employees Blackberry like access at a reasonable price point. The phone has capabilities to receive push email from Microsoft Exchange server. It also has dedicated keys for switching between corporate view and personal view. The E63 comes with a host of multimedia features like other Nokia phones and is available in Ruby Red and Ultramarine Blue. In addition, all customers who purchase the E63 will get 1GB free file storage using Nokia’s Files on Ovi service. The E63 is priced at €199 before taxes and subsidies.
